i suppose for delisted stock it is possible to resell at 0.0001 . Many shareholders doesn t know it .and they receive certificate paper to resell to at 0.0001.

If it wasn t possible as you said everybody Will make class action on class action . It isn t the case.

So at 0.0001 it is always possible to sell with a good reseller

It is évidency.
