First off....there is NO r/s for PHAR!!

Second off.... A r/s is not a death blow...let's use ORS as an example. Traded around .14 before r/s- 1.70 after r/s.....within a few weeks all the way up to 5 dollars!

Each circumstance that an r/s is implemented should be taken separately, not all r/s's are bad!
