ok AA what if we say for one minute everything you say is true, what and how would you fix this mess without extra funding,any tea to place, raising A/S and O/S again or R/S ??? could you explain that to me.. cause if you can would or could take this over what and how can you make shareholders any money, or is this all about what you personaly invested...

To date, there has
been no document to prove or support this appointment of office, or a vote to be
recognized, nor was there any authorization of issuance of shares. Documentation of
appointment by way of Board of Directors meeting, a Unanimous Consent Minutes of the
Board, or by way of Proxy has ever been produced – though has been requested on many
occasions. Our Corporate By-Laws are attached for your review of how an Officer and
Director will establish office. 500,000,000 were never issued to Brad Godfrey, and were
never marked for issuance.


If
such documents signed by both Ross and Luciano exist, Brad Godfrey would hold an
original copy of said Meeting, and would have the ability to produce it. To date, no
formal document has been provided.
