I understand things take time however, we are fast approaching the 1 YEAR mark since CMEY began preparing to file the S-1. I have never heard on any filing of this type taking 1 Year to complete. Obviously this is EXTREMELY complicated or they are having major problems putting it together.
Either way we deserve another update on the status of the S-1. Last update came nearly 2 months ago. Surely they are close to filing or we've got problems here.
As far as the product launch, I fear we will likely not meet the 1Q 2012 deadline, as was stated in past PRs. That date was delayed from the original estimate of late 2011.
Need some current info here. Each delay many investors lose confidence. I, for one, am now on the fence.
BOTTOM LINE: MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO ALLOW MORE TRANSPARENCY IN ALL ASPECTS OF CMEY.
