The AS here is 5B...the OS is capped at 3.5B via shareholder resolution at the last SH meeting years ago...

in Sept '08 just prior to BK filing, there were 2.44B outstanding...Swift then allowed up to the remaining 1.06B to be converted representing a small portion of their debt due to his ratchet BS...IMO the OS is just about maxed at 3.4B+....
