they want to list immediately.
money in the bank from bsx and they can
meet the amex requirements, and amex will
most likely waive the $3 30-day requirement.

just need the money from bsx.
there was hope that it would be delivered today
up to and during the shareholders meeting, but
it didn't happen. A couple, a few, days...
should be real soon, but in Weinerville, we
all know what that means :)
