I don't know about a 4.5" pipe, but I can tell you that with 1 set of my oil pump here on the platform we can pump 3600bbls/d and that is going through a 2 " meter and a 4" line. The 2" meter is the restriction. I hope that we have to worry about a lack of pipe space. GO TECO
