UBSS is the trading name for an MM market maker, and a lot of that stuff is available with L2 level two trading access. WHich is offered by most brokers- some for free, some at a price. You can also purchase that access from some other third-party sources, but they have to have a broker license to do that (I think). It is a good tool, but make sure the L2 access you get has the exchanges you are looking for. For example, it is easy to get nasdaq L2 info but not all stocks get to trade there.
