It is a privacy issue as to how each member is viewed by Admin as far as their history on IHUB.

In theory the queue list is in order of who applied first after the six spots have been filled and then descends in time application downward.

Two reasons IMO you'll never see a list of the queue, each based on when Admin decides if that member should be granted a Mod position after they apply. Right after applying, or when the spot becomes available.

I do not know their process so it could be either.

-If every member is automatically put in the queue before Admin makes their decision if they are Mod 'worthy' according to their file, and then as the positions are filled over time, and one member who finally reaches the top of the queue does not become Mod, it makes it visible to all IHUB that member was passed over not because they were miles down on the list, but because they are not following the TOS in their file.

- If Admin makes their decision that a IHUB member can is not worthy of a Mod position based on their file immediatedly after they apply, and that members name does not appear on the 'list' soon after applying. Then it becomes clear they are not following the TOS in their file. All a member has to do then is start posting "I applied and my name is not on the list" or start PM'ing about it.
