Could be someone is playing hardball on the revenue sharing agreements or a period of time to let a partner think about the ramifications of non participation.
Keep thinking about where the most benefits would serve CMoney the most... roll-out with the worlds largest bank vs the largest and most used cellphone network for business, as a thought process.
I too look forward to updates, in the mean time I keep nibbling on the offered shares.
