The judge will make a ruling(s) on Feb 1 hopefully...some here will dance the I told you so dance---who cares...the only thing that matters is what happens next---or do we just move on to the next theoretical debate and finger pointing for another 10 years...
no one will ever right the wrongs that have gone on for 10 years here---time to work it out, get a BOD that can work together for the good of the shareholder, and move on and monetize our only asset before it's too late....
that said, I want to see the settlement because quite simply, no one in power here has earned anyone's trust--yet
