I think the judge will temporarily solve our deadlock--most likely with a custodian--what follows when the custodian tries to direct the operation and finds out the company is broke could be the common shareholder's worst nightmare...
he gave the parties a pretty strong hint to get together and work their BS out--but that appears impossible with the conflicts that exist...
this company, while sitting on crazy valuable IP, has major serious issues---the stock has SEC issues, FINRA issues, and DTCC issues...and we spend our limited resources in court--but the wrong court...
