He said Europe wanted the information released two days early. Twenty2 or one of the others can specify why. I think it had something to do with EU wanted to be able to publicize the patient getting treated.
Also Gary said some of the shares to be awarded per the settlement (about 130 million) are to hedge funds/high income holders who have held for years so may not rush to sell.
