Let me ADDITIONALLY point this out... Provide the amount of the gross proceeds of the offering that has been or is proposed to be used for payments to any of the persons required to be named as executive officers, directors or promoters in response to Item 3 above. If the amount is unknown, provide an estimate and check the box next to the amount.

So in 2009, we have a compensation ESTIMATE of $100,000. Now, by definition, being an 'estimate' - this could mean anything from ZERO to INFINITY. And no mention of even if there is any how it would be divided among the five people listed.


SO AGAIN WE HAVE NO PROOF OF ANYTHING
NO PROOF ANY MONIES WERE ISSUED
NO PROOF WHO THEY WENT TO.


Just another case of taking a random number or fact and creating a whole misleading fairy tale around it.
