My understanding is that Eddie is already in contact with a number of prospects for financing, so I'm hopeful something can happen sooner than later, since this is essentially a done deal pending the financing. As for getting updates, I think you can always contact Eddie to ask how things are progressing, but I would also expect that there will be many newsworthy events going forward, which should cause Press Releases to occur at a higher frequency than we have experienced during the early development stage of the company.

I'm working two levels of financing simultaneously; the interim money to maintain our momentum and grow, and the big picture acquisition financing. The acquisition is a big raise, but the numbers are very good and supportive; these types of deals can take time although with the right combination of investors who know food, these money deals can come together in timely manner...
