This acquisition is a game-changer for SMKY, given the nearly $30M in new annual revenue that would be realized immediately, PLUS we no longer have the processing fees for our own products. This is great for the company long-term, but more importantly, it will help attract the needed funding to implement SMKY's large-scale distribution plans.

This acquisition is a very smart move in so many ways... :-)
