PHAR already restructured, claimed Share Reduction, that nobody can confirm with Delaware SOS. There are PR's on it, and even if it is real that obviously didn't help one bit either ,now what?
Maybe an R/S is the only avenue open to PHAR now.
That will restructure shareholders wallets real quick! jmo
