Well said. Why would anyone want to give this guy a free pass any longer. Regardless of what his original intentions were he withheld information to the detriment of investors and lied about a new BOD. How long he can keep the facade going depends on how long we investors actually believe something is going to be announced. He's moved on. In my opinion.
