You neglect to see that the reverse split actually decreases the float by a factor of 200 to 1. An authorized share increase does not = a float increase and the float has never been increased once by the company. In fact, TEVE already had one of the smallest floats in the entire OTC and it is about to get smaller. Dilution is not dilution until it happens, just like saying the world will end one day - possibly but when? I won't lay awake worrying about either possibility. I know I am on the winning team.
