Sandls I saw Fermec's reply to you and I must tell you he is being truthful and seems to have lots of integrity. I can tell you that it took about 5 or 6 months to install the system in the facilities that I work at. The reduction in staff salaries is substantial to the county administrators. We are talking about 6 full time positions being removed from their budgets. Between salaries and benefits the county is saving at least 1 million dollars a year! We have been online with CPSZ since 2010 and I do not see this company going anywhere, this product is cost effective to the counties! Good luck to all
