so another day i try to ask slap APII and guess what happens? same thing as last time.

bid 12 ask 13
i put bid in for 4400 at .13
let it sit - nothing
cancel it - nothing

bid 12 ask 13
i put in a bid for 4400 at .131
let it sit - nothing
cancel it - executed @ 0.13
new bid was then 11 and ask was still 13 - someone else was lucky enough to get some 11s at that point

so i now have 400 shares more then planned, b-a is 12-13 and im good to go. :D
