OK

2) There are no scientists or pharmacists working here.

Dr Bob was head of Biology at UCCS - that qual;ifies as a scientist last time I looked.

3) There is no revenue.

Read the financials they had minimal revenues last period....their actual product wasnt in the market until the start of this Quarter...so this is the quarter to be looking at...but your statement is factually incorrect...I trhink it was in the 100's but revenue nonetheless

4) FDA has not approved any medicine made by this company.

Gee its a pot company what a surprise...the FDA hasnt approved anything in this area

5) This company states that they are in the "developmental" stages... meaning that it's only doing R&D (by it's sole CEO and no other scientists).

You said in 2 there are no scientists now you are saying R&D by it's sole CEO and "no other scientists" - cant have it both ways either 2 is False or 5 is False or both are False

6) The $6M+ revenue expected this year is only based IF the FDA accepts the medications.

Cannabis Science sales for 2012 are forecasted to be $6,846,000 and has the potential to increase to $65,740,000 in 2014.....Cannabis Science also prepared a model to forecast sales upon FDA approval. The FDA approved model shows average sales of $279,120,000 in annual sales and revenue of each of their cannabis-extract based formulations once Cannabis Science's application for a FDA license is approved. Cannabis Science explained this forecast does not include any potential revenues thru signature fees from a distribution agreement for Cannabis Science formulations either here in the United States or in any International markets.

8) There are many cures for cancer. There is a clinic in Japan that uses alternative therapy to cure cancer. Forget what that clinic is called.

OK that's one...little details like what's the treatment and where's their evidence seem missing. besides you said many so let's see the "many" and their evidence. If what you are saying is true you'd expect major inroads in this "curative" area, right?
