You call them cannon balls. They are facts that have happened with this company and continue to happen. Yes to a huge investor they are canon balls. They point to how this company is managed. How the day to day operation can't even get done. How when asked for a prospectus from a broker they said they didn't have enough money to print them. All this after my original investment. What positive spin can you put on that one?
