Uniontown will take anyone who wants to invest...when a company gets sent to the grey's, it is very hard to attract investors. Does it really matter who invests in UTOG?? A person who buys 1000 shares, or a company that wants to get into oil. It might just be a shell, who cares. The money will speed up the drilling process and get us pumping out the barrels quicker. Then when we are listed on the european exchange, it will be the time to release the flow rate.

Perhaps UTOG should look to China for investors or money. China is buying up oil everywhere.
