No.... that only tells me that he is using cashflow...he does not say he will not dilute (maybe for other reasons or to suppliment the cashflow). After what I have seen in the past I would have liked hime to clearify that the dilution was curbed for this quarter at the least....IMO!!!

This PR is extremely positive for the company, the shareholders and for the pps. Surprising that the market has not reacted as yet..
