You're not very smart are you?? A r/s is NOT needed, a company (Budgenius) with huge revs,
that moved into a shell (RIGH) that will a high OS because of ole randy, the answer to clearing old shares is a BUY BACK, an intelligent CEO like Angel should use this low pps buying opportunity to quietly buy back as much shares out there and then after 1/3 to 1/2 the OS is gone, release a PR stating what they have done and a really great move would be to do this accompanied it to occur same time as a name change/ ticker change and if there anyone has shorted this, to catch them with hands in the coookie jar.
Oh my, can you imagine the PPS action if theres a short, a name/ticker change and a PR announcing they are buying back shares or bought back shares to retire cutting the os by half..oh yeah..that would be fun!
