Found out about VLVT from one of the microcap pumping sites, forget which one (been on a few of them since).
Another question I have is whether there's any verification of LA Cap, which VLVT ostensibly purchased. I can't find a telephone number for them in Ontario, California on anywho.com or realwhitepages.com. Neither do they seem to have a presence on the web or references from business promotion sites. Doesn't mean they don't exist, of course, but they don't seem to yet.
But, bottom line, and despite any small inconsistencies, I have a hard time believing VLVT is a scam. There are many microcaps of little or negative worth, and their financials clearly show this, some of which have been pumped. If VLVT is not on the level, in the main, it's the most blatent scam and securities fraud I've ever seen. The unaudited results could only be so misleading before you have fraud: results don't have to be audited for it to be fraud if they're out and out inventing such as revenue numbers.
Suppose time will tell...
