Michael,

I receive this e-mail from an EPIC Shareholder and was surprised to find you made a press release without our discussing it before hand as you said you would. Your representations and statements were and are not factual, except for the fact you rejected the idea of an exclusive license agreement which I submitted to you for discussion purposes and for which you arbitrarily published a press release that misrepresented what I was suggesting. I think it would be appropriate for you to put out a press release stating that certain portions were in error but that MIT had rejected the exclusive license agreement.
