you know ive been trying to gather information and havent found much yet. Not sure when the E will come off. I do know as soon as they pay the required amount and fines to become current it will get lifted.
With the last 8k filing Carla Zhou resigned. She seemed to be the figure head for the past 2 years since coming on board back on 2009. She previous served as an executive with Sun Media(one of larget share holders of NXMR) before taking the position with NXMR. Wang Yihan CEO came on board back in 2010. So he seems to be the person in control right now after she stepped down.
