Where do you get this stuff? Are you a comedy writer? Now I'm short a stock that is selling at .04. I must be a genius! Let's see. I can make .04 per share if the company goes out of business. That's my 20,000 shares that I borrowed, unlawfully, from a foreign broker. You realize that it is not lawful to short sell stocks in the USA that are under $5.00 right?
So my upside is as much as $800.00. If however the stock goes up I have an unlimited liability. Gee, I guess I should have my head examined.

Why haven't any of my questions been answered confirming what Veltex has published?
I am not asking unreasonable questions am I?
I only ask that they prove they have a business license and apportionment tags to run trucks in Tennessee.
Maybe their trucks are under 26000 lbs gross weight?
Maybe that are tonka toys? (Just kidding)
Maybe you just want Veltex to succeed so badly that you choose to put on blinders?
