The only sellers are those shorting ATRN. They have been the primary sellers since ATRN was in the $1.00's

The is a huge bounce potential at the shorters folly building here.

I think there is also institutional buying going.

We may see a short dip at opening as the shorters, as usual, barrage ATRN with ping downs in the hope to scare investors and trigger stop losses. This is common for the shorters at opening of a company they are shorting.

But ATRN is holding it's own and these cheap tactics by the shorters are weakening and as ATRN goes up, and will have to cover sending ATRN all that much more.

Agreed. This 8-K is simply ATRN dotting their i's and crossing their t's. We will see much more substantial filings in coming days.
