I'm surprised. A 1 week delay is'nt the best news but hardly deserves a us being down .45 pre-market.
Whats 1 week going to hurt in the long run.
When I first saw the news was guessing .05 down for the entire day then up a bit till they start drilling again.
If I was'nt already full of shares, I'd be buying now.
