I'm optimistic but also realistic, CCCharlie. Short time we do not have to expect a significant progress forward selling SL1. You know the reasons, the carbon market crashed and our partner still has to develop the PDD. Nothing to worry about as long as our Kiris are growing. The biomass market and the planned timber industry make me confident we have a golden future even without carbon credits. John isn't that talkative about this, but, apart from a few pictures of a Kiri tree on the website, I know he is working on it and I expect a spectacular deal this year. Point is for now to accumulate as many land as fast as possible if we don't want the Chinese taking all of the land.
