Actually... there is a market or PVSP would not be working so hard. And with any marker there are competitors. It matters who gets there product first to the market and with the best service.
An example: There are lots of restaurants in any given town/city. The most popular once have lots of business. The smaller ones usually close, unless they find a niche that customers like and want to pay a premium for.
PVSP does not fit well into any model at this point. They are super small and have not broken out into a known premium brand. I hope the Yahoo media event will change all that.
As for the "very interesting news" to be coming... I bet it is to indicate the company is now in a cash flow positive position. I believe this after ready the 10Q and the requirements to achieve this where very low. Secondly, the number of downloads of the app has significantly increased. Time will tell.
