As long as the truth is in those financials. They will be completely suspect through and through if the judgments against MediaG3 are not listed as required. If he leaves that information out, then conclusively the entire financial report is false and misleading.

Lest we forget William Yuan asking for $100,000 as well. That case still ongoing. You are right about information being revealed the first week of February, that's when more court filings are due in this case.
A couple of Val's personnel judgments are from nonpayment to lawyers. Wonder who paying this current battery of lawyers? Ray Powers? Bill Gray? John Lehne? The shareholders?
