There are many factors that will effect the PPS.
The price of GOLD
The amount of Gold Produced from Ruby
The number of JV's
The economic condition in the world
The Share Structure

All seem to favor NBRI this year.

Well anything is open here, i mean we can see 3 to 5 USD per share price is indeed realistic in my opinion. The only what's looks from outside negative for "some" investors is that we are listen on the OTCBB, but would be not show the great quality of NBRI, a stock exchange change is to 100% possible after we run the Ruby mine in operation and can move to the AMEX. NBRI will get more popular and i am sure our share price will raise up 100%. We see regulary News about the company whats a great shareholder value. And i think it's the greates moment to go in the company looking over years 3 to 5 years we can see a share price of 10 to 16 usd. So a 2 000 USD invest i will be great and not wrong

Sure, anything is possible. But that does not mean it will happen that way.

Rule 1 of investing in pennies (or big board sticks for that matter) ... basically impossible for anyone to call the pps of a stock in the future with any degree of accuracy and consistency. Future looks solid for NBRI but trying to attach a number to pps is, IMO, a fool's game.
