I think it was the timing. Why release the video when there are multiple vendors and the shock value could be lost with everything going on. Management is planning a more strategic release for a better response from the public, IMO. We can be frustrated all we want, OPMG is going to do what is good for the company in the long run, not whats going to satisfy the investors in the short run. I'm beginning to think the "Let Them Wait" video on the website is aimed at us and not the message, haha.

Not saying my thinking is correct, but the lawsuit doesn't add up in my eyes as a reason for the holdup.

The business suing them is, or was, getting a % of the profits from downloads. This would be the only thing holding them up in regards to the lawsuit that I'm aware of, if that was what was holding them up at all. Cellairis and Truecare are selling the product which means there would potentially still be downloads. I cannot see that it would only be a % from downloads from the PhoneGuard site, it would be total downloads across the market. So I cant see that the lawsuit is the problem because it would stop all sales.

Apart from some goon running the website there is something else going on and I find it hard to believe that the PgoneGuard-MOTO logo means nothing. But then again, I'm finding it hard to believe anything at this stage.

That's a little crazy kittykat. Nobody forced you to invest your money on this stock. You did this voluntarily on your own. We all did and we all have to live with that. It is true Keith said some things that could leave investors to believe good things are about to happen but will be hard to win a court fight. IMO. Go OPMG.
