So, "the company" is "the shareholders" when Dave Williams is suing the company... but, "the company" is not "the shareholders" when we're discussing the obligations of the CLYW lawyers who are representing "the company" ?
I think you'll see on 1 Feb what the real deal is. Not that you'll ever believe the facts. Read the telecon with the judge on 29 Dec, the judge said it was status quo, so what did they do the next day. When two of the four directors have not seen the settlement agreement there is something wrong.
Williams is suing calypso because the directors representing you are doing crap that results in him having to sue them. We'll see on 1 feb which way this goes and I think the judge will rule in williams' favor. To get rid of the lawsuits against calypso we need to remove Turrini and Pierce. Until I see the ruling on 1 Feb this is what I see.
