I am so tired of this power hungry lunatic[s).

I agree, I am getting tired of Turrini and Pierce. I would add that they are incompetent, because if they were actual business managers we would not be in court in two separate jurisdictions right now. They would have gotten decent legal advise and would have followed it. But no, we are here solely because of management's incompetence.

Remember, Pierce brought the suit in California, not Williams. At this point she has initiated just as much litigation as he has.
