For some strange reason nobody can find those microfill patent applications in the US governemnt patent database

I'm a Mac guy. Would you mind finding a single application submitted by the engineers and inventors over that at Apple? Sorry, buddy, doesn't work that way. You won't see patents from any company till it's time to publish. And why is that. Da, let's get real... That's the whole purpose of having patents in the first place: to have a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Important to understand that patent applications won't have a big "SUBMITTED BY HEALTHNOSTICS, INC" on them. They're submitted like all other patent applications are submitted and we'll hear about them when it's time to hear about them. Not before.
