Re Scirocco....My best guess ship is being used to hook up Usan wells to FPSO. Total trying to get Usan in production this quarter and would be a good way to work out any quirks onboard a new ship. This is just my opinion, and i could be wrong, but Scirocco does have this capability. And if TOTAL needs to use the ship this way to meets its announced target for production start up, i believe they would.
Letting a multi billion dollar FPSO set unconnected to the wells does not make sense. TOTAL's goal was to be in production from Usan in the first quarter of 2012.
