I haven't looked in to all the leases,but the ones that I did none are in Union Towns name they are farming into these leases.In other words if they don't pay and on a timely manner they loose all interest in that lease.As of 5/17/11 Union Town had to spend 1 million to get a share in Teton lease.Also I haven't ever seen where they finalized another agreement,it was just a letter of intent.So you can't sell land you don't own.
