People don't loose interest if they are entertained. That is the focus of ProElite.

Fun, entertaining fights will draw crowds. The hard core mma fan will always come, it's the casual fan that wants to be entertained that Pro needs to draw.

There is only one way...entertain them...Go to the poorest parts of india, they have movie theatres everywhere. People always want to be entertained. This is the Key to success. Boring won't cause fans to return, but exciting will cause them to come back with their friends next time and start to create a fan base.

Because of this, matchmaking is very important. Rich & TJay did it with SF/Icon etc in their hayday, hopefully they can do it here as well.

This fight card looks great and getting alot of media coverage. Dream partnership brings more eyes to the brand as well and looking for more of this in the near future.

As TJay has said...this isn't your dad's mma. They need to be fresh with new ideas and angles,ie...minowaman wrestling into the pool with trainer at the open workouts...a stunt...probably...entertaining...for sure...fresh...yup...and attracted the media to write about it....It's just sales. Great so far.

Even Minowaman at the post press conference pose w/kendall grove was so funny he made kendall laugh at what was to be a serious staredown....awesome...how can you not love that guy...

Weigh ins today...go pele

No problem there. In the past, when people talked about MMA being the fastest growing sport in the world, they were mainly referring to the fast growth of the UFC. Now however, the UFC seems at or near it's peak and the enormous growth is now taking place with all the other organizations not controlled by Zuffa. Smaller organizations are thriving across the US and Canada and much of the rest of the world.

In the next few years, there will be a lot of fresh MMA talent on the market (from the smaller orgs) that will be more than the UFC will be able to sort out. Fighters in the UFC already complain about not getting enough work. So even if ProElite is the number two organization, there will be a ton of talent to draw from.

I would be more worried in investors - people losing interest in PELE!
To date, this investment has turned out to be a big disappointment to me, personally.
Yeah, I get it, no risk no reward theory.

Cheering for some DTC miracle to happen b4 2015!
