NOTE TO ALL EMBA INVESTORS, Just got off the phone with SEC. They finally called and they said that this COULD indeed be a scam and that from now on, we should go to their website and investigate co.s more in detail. They said that co.s could start a publicly held company w/o being registered with them. They further said that these people will be investigated, but even caught up with, and assets seized, that it could take years for litigation and that we would only see pennies on the dollar. The rest of you can decide for yourselves, but I am probably getting out today. I'll take my "pennies" now. Sorry to tell you all bad news, but I would not ride this to zero. Let it go, invest somewhere else, and BEST of LUCK!
