There are currently 3 permits under review. In addition to the Draft Environmental Impact Statement released by the Forest Service (which will be accepting public comments through January 18th, 2012), both the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality and the Army Corps of Engineers are seeking comments on permit applications related to the proposed Rosemont project.
