The are a large number of institutionals that will not buy penny stocks. But there are also a smaller number that will. The fact that we have almost NONE just points out how little faith anyone has in the management of this company. It certainly is NOT becasue they don't like the assets. They do not like the way this company is being run. And they do not like the lack of accomplishments that have been promised year after year by this management. They will jump back on board at some point. But that will only be after a long period of this company proving itself. I am not sure if or when that can happen with this management.
