No,there aren't any dates given,the information pertaining to the meeting could be released tomorrow,so the time frame is open.Everyone knows uplisting won't occur before the meeting announcement,is that supposed to be something we don't already know?lol

The shareholders meeting won't preempt anything. It will announce to shareholders 45 calendar days in advance of the meeting the particulars of said meeting presumed, per the PR your dissecting, to include the merger/up listing issue.
