My concern for us about the A/S = O/S isn't a big deal as it stands. This explains why the priced has been suppressed there was a lot of dilution to date.
What concerns me is what does Angel need. So, far he is profitable. So, he may not need to raise the A/S to pay bills and what not. Which would be excellent for us and him. PPS through the roof.
He just doesn't have much right now to sell if he needed to.
