I like that when the SS is low, but we have quite a bit of O/S which makes for tougher upward movement along with the fact some people will not play stocks with high O/S counts. A share buy-back will not only lower the count but increase the value of the company along with investor confidence and most likely a guarantee from the CEO that their will be no R/S..High share count stocks typically do end in dilution along with R/S's..When that happens we all know where the stock price goes, right down the drain and no-one wants to re-invest in a dilution machine.

I'm not a huge fan of the word long in pennies. However, I agree with Angel will be a positive impact to the price per share. He apparently has a profitable company without us. He must have some plans, cause overall we are some badgering assholes.

I would always suggest take profits when they come, and load on the lows. I wouldn't ever be completely out.
