Gaining momentum a bit. That last thing I would want to is post some huge blurb about them being involved in a lawsuit. If I were a new investor, that would turn me away, and now it's posted as a sticky?

Perhaps a private reply to those about the lawsuit would be more prudent?

Over on the NIR Group MB, there is a post today from meticulus, stating the following

"it is confirmed Corey has resigned PWC is now liquidating all funds"

I bring this up because he seems like he is/was an investor in NIR and might have some first hand knowledge......keep in mind, I say MIGHT
